Wow!.. I have just installed a twin Queen electric bed from Greg at "Beds Electric" What a great guy to deal with, he couldent do enough for us. Turned out I made a wrong choice of mattress after ignoring his advice. I phoned back after a week and asked if we could exchange them.. No problem he said, and within 2 days he drove 200 kls back to us with new replacements. You don't see customer service like this, very often.

I have had my king single bed for a couple of weeks now and just love it, am still trying out all the buttons on the remote to see which one suits me, great fun. Certainly sleeping better at nights. I cannot speak too highly about the service from Laing who was most helpful answering all my questions. Delivery was on the day specified and I received a text on the day letting me know delivery was on the way. I really love the WiFi connections also the very pale lights which mean you do not have to turn other lights on if you get up during the night. Can recommend Beds Electric for anyone considering an adjustable bed.

Great Service, they answered all my questions regarding electric bed options. The free at home demo was really helpful I was able to see how the adjustable bed moved up and down. And they were able to deliver it the next day. Super comfortable, love the remote, money well spent.

I can't thank Dean and his son Laing enough for all the help with getting this bed for me and installiion by Laing. I highly recommend anyone who wants an electric bed to contact these guys.

My husband and I are more than happy with our new split king electric bed the quality of the mattress and the bed base are outstanding, the service we received from Greg was great, nothing was too much trouble. We live west of Warwick Greg delivered the bed from the Gold Coast, set everything up and made sure we were confident with the remote. Thank you Beds Electric I would highly recommend them.

After purchasing an adjustable bed and mattress from a major bedding store, I was disappointed to find that the king single mattress we purchased which we were advised to go with the Hi Lo style bed did not fit properly, sagged at the sides when sitting before getting out of bed and causing me to have two falls within 5 months. I had problems with my shoulders and hadn’t been able to lie on my side for some time, but after having these issues seen to, was excited to be able to once again sleep in my preferred sleeping position on my side. To my horror I found that I could not do this as after being raised the mattress never went back to being fully flat. I had tried to contact the original supplier but they have not returned my calls. I tried contacting 5 other disability bedding suppliers to purchase a new mattress but did not hear back from any of them , despite waiting a month for an email or call. Luckily for me, my husband found Beds Electric while searching google and saw the great reviews and that they would come to your house for you to try out their range of mattresses, which was so helpful for me as I cannot travel far due to several chronic pain conditions which I have had for 15 years. I called their number and the owner and operator Greg could not have been any more helpful. He arranged to come the next day, and asked lots of questions about what I didn’t like about my current mattress and tried to ascertain what would suit my conditions best. As organised, he arrived the next day, even a little earlier than expected and had the courtesy of calling me first to make sure that was suitable for me. Once he came he was so friendly and helpful, I never felt rushed to make a decision nor pushed into a sale. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants only to make sure that the mattress they purchase is comfortable for them, as everyone has different ideas about what type of mattress is comfortable. He immediately noticed that the mattress was bulging out the side wall and said he’d never seen anything like it for a bed that was only 5 months old. He also pointed out to me that it was not the right size, it was the same width as a king single but was quite a few centimetres shorter than what a king single mattress should be, which probably explains why my sheet would keep coming off. I ended up trying 3 different mattresses and he encouraged me to try different sleeping positions and to adjust the back and the legs to see how well they moved and sat. I ended up trying 2 innerspring mattresses and one memory foam which you could turn over as one side was soft and the other firm. After trying them all and selecting the medium support innerspring mattress, he got me to compare it to my second favourite, the memory foam, just so I was sure I was getting the mattress that felt best for me. He even allowed me to borrow their display mattress for two nights (with their mattress protector on of course) as he said he couldn’t stand the thought of me sleeping on the awful original mattress for another night. I obviously then purchased the one I wanted and he delivered and installed it two days later. I wish I had known about Beds Electric before buying off a big brand bedding store, as he not only knew a lot about his products, but cared that you got the right one for you, and it was less than half the cost of the original one we purchased. We are now in the process of trying to get our money back from the original one as it has a five year warranty. If you are looking at getting an adjustable bed or new mattress, please make sure you give Greg a call, because he is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his prices were extremely good. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back my comfort and support when sleeping, which has helped to reduce my chronic pain as I was always in a lot of pain in the morning before this new mattress. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will definitely be sharing his details to fellow chronic pain sufferers. Thanks Greg for your excellent product and service.

Purchased two Queen size beds and am more than happy with the result. From the first phone call to the actual (free delivery) installation everything was so easy. Friendly, informed and professional service. I suffer from heartburn and reflux at night and the ability to tilt the mattress to an elevated position has been an absolute winner (the massage function is an added bonus). Our names are Bob and Elaine from the Gold Coast, Queensland. My husband fractured two vertebrae and a rib and was unable to sleep in our normal bed so we started looking at adjustable beds. We saw Beds Electric online and after ringing Greg, he came to our place with a sample of the bed in the back of his van. We were impressed with the quality and ordered a split Queen. Greg was very friendly and helpful and when he came with his helper to set up the bed and went above and beyond by fitting the new linen for me as I’d just come out of hospital with a heart attack. I contacted Greg about possible options for a HiLo bed suitable for my mother Gaye Marlin. She had recently had another fall and was finding it very difficult to get out of her standard height bed. With limited mobility and failing strength in her legs we required action fast. The need for my father to still sleep soundly next to her was also just as important to my mother. Greg steered us in the direction of 2 Long King Single Hi Lo beds. His ability to secure these beds and also have them delivered and installed to Sydney from QLD in under a week is remarkable and greatly appreciated, given the circumstances. He managed to sharpen his pencil on price to provide these options even though he had other less expensive items in stock and ready to go. Exceptional service and a business that delivers what is advertised.

Greg and the team at Beds Electric are 100% 5 star. This is mainly due to the customer service which they deliver, but the products offered as well. i would totally recommend this company as NOTHING is too much trouble. I find myself on the most comfortable bed I have owned. Following major back surgery finding the right bed and mattress was a priority for me. Greg from Beds Electric listened and guided us in the right direction. I really appreciate having total control over the position of the bed to make myself comfortable. My husband, an Engineer, is very impressed with the beds construction and quality. We both are very happy and totally enjoy our new Split beds and the comfortable, pain free and restful sleep.

I just had my new bed delivered today. Very quick service. Ben came to my house in Ipswich in his mobile display van on Friday and they delivered and installed on the Monday, today. They installed the bed so quickly and took all the rubbish with them. It was so easy and so much cheaper than the big brand stores.

I had a great experience and we walked away with exactly what we were after. Greg was amazing and gave us all the information we needed to pick the right bed for my elderly relative. He even talked us down from getting a more expensive model!
