We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, on already installed beds and mattresses due to health and safety reasons.
Damages and issues
All adjustable beds are tested and inspected for faults prior to, or during installation. If the bed is damaged by you or someone else after the day of installation, and you wish to have this fixed or replaced for a fee, please contact us at info@bedselectric.com.au.
If there is an issue with your bed, please contact us at info@bedselectric.com.au or call 1800 794 884 with your invoice number, the model of your bed, and a description of the issue.
Beds Electric charges a $150 call-out fee to resolve any issues with your adjustable bed. The call-out fee must be paid prior to a representative inspecting your adjustable bed. The call-out fee may be refunded if there is a genuine fault with your bed. Examples not limited to: motor failure, electronics failure, manufacturing fault.
The call-out fee will not be refunded for faults relating, but not limited to: disconnected electronics, un-paired remotes, bent frames from misuse, any other faults from misuse.
Decision on call-out fee refunds are at the full discretion of Beds Electric.
All approved warranty claims are covered by the manufacturer. Warranty infomation is printed on the back over of the instruction manual.

Refunds
Beds Electric do not offer refunds on Adjustable beds. If you are unhappy with the quality of your bed, or their is a warranty fault, you may be eligible for an exchange of an equivalent model.
